Kiki is fantastic!
Kiki is an absolute rockstar. She was referred to me by one of my closest friends, and I was impressed at our first meeting by her knowledge, confidence, and out-of-the-box approach. I knew going in that my price range was narrow and my ability to qualify was iffy, but Kiki helped me find a house I adore, navigated some difficult negotiations with truly awful sellers, encouraged me to believe we could get it done when I absolutely didn't, and worked miracles to close on time and below list price all with unflagging energy and a great sense of humor!
