Moving is typically stressful but due to current circumstances (COVID) things were even more difficult; which is why having Kathy as our realtor was such a tremendous blessing. Kathy made everything better during the whole process. She was patient, kind and professional. Kathy kept in constant contact with us and we were never left wondering what was happening with the house we wanted to purchase. She built a relationship with the other realtor which helped things proceed smoothly. Kathy went WAY above and beyond my expectations of what services a realtor provides. Her response to any concerns always seemed to be, “Leve that to me” or, “I’ll take care of that”. It was such a comfort having her handle things with her vast knowledge of the business and always thinking of every possible scenario before it happened. We put our house up for sale before we list with Kathy a year later we put the house up for sale but this time with Kathy the price was lower but I think that help us sell our house finally any repairs we needed done she knew who to refer us to because we did need to get some things done

We had started the process of a new build when there were some questions of whether this was the right move. It wasn't the school district we wanted and with my mother moving in, a two story wasn't the optimal layout. Kathy was the sellers realitor of a house we visited. The house wasn't for us, but Kathy became are realitor after we meet her. It took us some time to find the right house and of course more money then we intendd but we found the perfect house, in the school district and better nieghborhood for about the same price of the new build. She knows the neighborhood's! Also, she sold our home for exactly what we needed to get. Great lady, attentive and listens to what you really need
