Kathy was our realtor in both selling our old home and buying our new one. She sent by email, quite a few homes that we might like to see. We looked at some of them but did not make any offers. We discovered some homes that were being built in an over 55 community that we liked and with Kathy's help we toured the model and eventually put a contract on a new home. Kathy also worked with us in timing the sale of our present house so that we could lock in at a good rate for the home we were building. She provided some contractors for residing our house and painting and rescreening our porch which we used and were pleased with the results. When we were ready to list the house, the pictures posted did need to be edited but Kathy and her staff worked with us to repost the best and most flattering photos. We were able to get a contract for the full asking price in less than a week. Kathy also helped provide some contractors when we needed to complete the inspection punch list. Even though it was difficult to leave our home of 32 years, Kathy made the experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. She was always there for our questions and followed up on all aspects of the process, be it selling our old house or purchasing and financing our new one. We were very pleased with Kathy as our realtor and really appreciated the house warming gifts she gave us. Kathy came across as a great realtor and also a friend. We would recommend using her services to anyone.
