Have used Kate Harris in a few transactions. Would highly recommend her. She had endless do diligence when it comes to our needs and wants. Kate when asked for information that we needed to make our decisions was able to get the answers we needed in and expedited way. Very happy with all our transitions. She is a ray Sunshine!
