She took the time to listen to my wife and I on what we were looking for and what was in our price range and compiled a comprehensive list of houses that met that criteria. She did not try to sway us an any direction or make a quick sale and when we found the house we wanted Kathy got us a great deal. She made the process incredibly easy and went over everything line by line and made sure we understood what everything meant in the all the paperwork we had to sign. And incredible attention to detail with the paperwork from start of contract to closing day. Any little hiccup we came across she was on top of it and getting things moving along again. Kathy was very professional, friendly, responsive and flexible. She provided opinions when asked and offered suggestions not thought of. She provided ancillary information when moving in for water, electrical, trash pick up, etc. She was always there ahead of me and left after me. I would highly recommend her for training of new real estate agents so she can pass on her skills.

Kathy was more on pleasing the buyer most of the time than seller. However she’s detailed on paperwork. She doesn’t strive to get the most buck for your property. I wasn’t happy with that. Nice picture display of the property. Overall she does what any realtor would do, sell the house at any cost. Pleasant to work with and a nice personality.
