Highly Professional Kathy͏ successfully listed and sold 4 properties for us, and also has been our "go to" Realtor for all knowledge and data about the Birmingham market as we are investors there. She returns calls, texts and emails promptly, goes the 'extra mile' to make sure things get done on time, and even worked with my contractor to assist me in making sure one of our heavy rehab projects was done on time and ready to list. When transactions were challenging, Kathy was proactive and always ready with a solution to make the deal work.
