Kathy was honest from the start regarding the listing price. The market had taken a downturn so we were not going to be reaping the benefits of the market when we had purchased only two years earlier. The neighborhood comps were disappointing for a home our size at our price point. Six weeks later after an open house and social media blitz, I agreed to lower the asking price. There were nibbles but nothing serious. Four plus months later, I agreed to lower the price again but fortunately the house went under a contingency contract before that price was updated. It was not an easy journey and took longer than anticipated but we closed on the house. Kathy was so easy to work with during this process. She listened to my frustrations and made me feel at ease.
