Kathy Ellis

My family had been trying to sell their Malibu condo off and on for a few years. When they decided enough was enough and hired Kathy, she went over and beyond to get it sold. We were very impressed with her knowledge and network, and also getting it sold during these unprecedented times. I didn’t know Kathy personally or professionally before a local agent friend recommended her to me. (I live in northern CA). Kathy works incredibly hard and has the skill set to get the job done. She was sensitive to my needs and desires, plus offered expert advice. It’s hard to say enough good things about Kathy. I only wish I had known about her months earlier. Instead I made the mistake of listing with an agent who proved to be worthless, costing me lots of time and money. When his contract expired, my local friend stepped in to help and found Kathy for me. Don’t make the mistake I did. Go with Kathy the first time around and rest assured that you’ve chosen the best!
