We chose Kathy and Linda because they were professional and knowledgeable in their presentation and very positive about our house. As a team, they were always quick to respond, flexible, and tenacious in their goal to sell our house. They supported us through a roller coaster real estate experience: a withdrawn contract, an excessively demanding home inspection, a strange contingency contract and extended settlement timetable, and a new home builder warranty contract that required ongoing negotiation to actually get promised work completed. One item that needed attention extended beyond the settlement date, and yet they stayed involved and saw it successfully resolved. We had to call on them to check the house from time to time since we were not living there. They were always willing to help in every way possible.
