Kathy Dunton

I found Kathy through my realtor in Denver, as I was transferring to Las Vegas. She was on top of her game and already had researched homes in different areas per my preferences and was ready to show my second day here! She insisted that being new to the area, I needed to see what all my options were in different areas of the city. She pointed out the positives and negatives of each quite accurately, and then zeroed in on my favorite. She has a keen sense of what you are looking for after your first face to face meeting. She never hesitated to contact a home I found myself and add them to our list. We found my dream home in less than a week. She is absolutely amazing and made looking for a home a pleasurable experience. I can't imagine having a better realtor than Kathy, so she will be my go to person whenever I am asked for a referral!

We called Kathy and expressed interest in properties in the Laughlin/ Mohave Valley area. Kathy was wonderful and handled our purchase of the perfect home with special care and attention to our needs! We are very grateful to her!
