About Kathy
Kathy has been a licensed Realtor since 2001 and has sold over 550 homes. In addition, she has had sales experience at Liberty Mutual and Target headquarters with over 26 years of Sales and Marketing experience. She is a graduate of Metropolitan State University.
Kathy is an excellent negotiator and has effective communication skills. Kathy listens to her customers and keeps their best interest in mind always.
Kathy has an exceptional understanding of today’s real estate market and is very knowledgeable in helping solve appraisal issues, working with foreclosures and short sales. She has experience in new construction, lakeshore, investment properties, farm and land acquisitions, downsizing.
Kathy understands the importance of establishing appropriate value for homes, and is skilled in strategic marketing. She is very insightful and approachable and utilizes state of the art technology to achieve maximum exposure in her marketing.
Kathy tries as much as possible to answer questions or concerns her customers have in a very timely manner. She has a full-time staff, and assistant to also help give her customers exceptional service.
Kathy is a lifelong resident of Minnesota. She is married and has 2 sons and a step son. She enjoys biking, walking, reading, cross country skiing, horseback riding, ice skating, boating and fishing and going to her lake home in the Longville area when she has some free time.
