Ultimately, her advice was right and the updated kitchen played a direct role in the ease of selling my townhouse and in the final price we were able to receive. This is just one example of Kathy holding my hand through the process. There are many, many more. Like the time I didn't want to pay a landscaper to make my yard pretty so Kathy showed up the next day with rakes and mulch and made me do it. I can't imagine an agent doing a better job than Kathy.
