We're from Canada and bought our house with Kathy REMOTELY! Yes, we bought our house on FaceTime. Kathy did an amazing job describing details you don't see in the pictures. She showed a lot of integrity by telling us when she saw something we may not like. The best of all is that our house is better than expected. Kathy was a pleasure to work with, very professional.
