We called her from across the country from a Zillow listing with her number. Told her what we were looking for and unlike a half dozen others, she sent us the info on not just the one but multiple options. She listen to our needs and wants and put together great options. The others must not have cared or didn’t believe in us. After looking for months, my wife sent me to Ky to look at a couple properties( fly in Saturday morning out Sunday morning). After a tic infested journey through the prospective property, it wasn’t what we needed:( With very little time left before I had to get back to Lexington, Kathy came up with a Hail Mary. We drove to the property, a long open piece of property that from the road looked nothing like we needed. I got out of the car and walked its long length, getting to the edge of the property to a high cliff with the most amazing views. Without my wife ever seeing it, we bought it. Kathy was as excited for us as we were for us. Kathy found us our dream home, from a phone call that many agents ignored. She isn’t just a real estate agent, she is the very best.
