Right from the start Kathy made us feel very relaxed and very welcoming to any questions we had. She stayed right on target with all the boxes we had checked for our wants and needs of a home. Never tried to up sale us or put any "sales pressure" on us. Kathy was a great help and very knowledgeable of not only answering common questions regarding local amenities and demographics but moving from another state, she help with lots of state and local questions pertaining to real-estate law and taxes. From the first listing she sent via e-mail to the closing date, Kathy was always there for us, covering all the details which made the whole process go seamlessly. We have bought and sold several homes in other states and dealt with some good realtors. Kathy is one of the best in class, especially with her knowledge and enthusiasm.
