Kathy was my realtor when I purchased my home and then later sold that same home. As my agent for purchasing and selling, Kathy was an amazing professional with the utmost integrity and honest work ethic I have ever witnessed. When I purchased my home, I lived out of state so every process for the home purchase was done remotely from the pictures of the home to the inspection to the financing to all the paperwork Kathy was on top of everything. Kathy knew what my absolute firm offer was and she fought hard until the seller agreed to my price. I could not be there n person so Kathy was my person for the entire process. When I later sold the same home, Kathy was my agent once again. Kathy did an excellent job marketing my home. She used a professional photographer and the photos and flyers were beautiful. She held a superb open house for the local realtors and the home sold in about 30 days. Once again I had to move out of the state early and Kathy handled everything for me. Kathy attended the closing in my absence to make sure nothing was left undone and that the closing went smoothly with no delays. I have seen Kathy cancel her own personal plans to put a client first. She is a hard worker and will always have your best interests at the forefront every step of the way. In addition to being very friendly and out-going, she is very organized and always gets the job done.
