Kathy just helped me buy a house that was a for sale by owner. She was able to locate the seller to initiate the transaction and was a great facilitator in closing the transaction. Without her experience and expertise in working with the seller's attorney, we would not have made it through the local inspections and bureaucracy. I would recommend Kathy to my close friends for their possible future selling or buying needs as I know they will be in good hands - as I was!
