Kathy is smart, fast and accurate Would recommend her to anyone

My husband and I truly appreciate the customer service Kathy Coury provided to us during our home search and closing. We felt like we were at a disadvantage living so far from Sarasota, but Kathy helped guide us in our decision making, relative to desirable neighborhoods for us. She even went so far as to email us videos she took on her own time which reflected higher levels of customer service. And although the closing should have been seamless, it wasn't....and she was right there, working on coordination with the listing agent to make sure the sellers remained comfortable. It all came down to the 11th hour and a wire transfer and she was there the entire way; we always felt like our goals were in safe hands.

Kathy is very knowledgeable about real estate in this area. If you have a question or concern she will work to sort it out and get answers for you. She was always on top of things for closing of property. High recommend her as your agent. She works for you!!!
