My husband and I currently reside in WI, but were in the market to buy waterfront property in TN (to eventually build on in a few years). Contacted Kathy through Zillow and she has been amazing. We traveled to TN in June, looked at multiple listings, and finally found the land we wanted. Happy to say, the final contract was signed yesterday! None of this could have been possible without her. She is amazing! Definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new home or land.
