Many people move & it’s a joyful experience and others are going through unwelcome life-changing events forcing them to move leave their beloved home. I am here for all of my clients to guide them through the process every step of the way. I offer advice from start to finish & have a large network of professionals that I work with to help with every aspect of your move. I chose to become a Realtor so that I could help people. I have been helping people buy and sell homes for over 20 years. In that time the market has changed tremendously and I have worked with people in many unique situations. I have been with my clients as they have purchased their first homes, upgraded, relocated for a job, down-sized to something more affordable, rented & invested. I have also been with them through some of the most difficult times in their lives including divorce and foreclosure. Purchasing a home can be a very exciting and memorable time in a person's life. The search is fun but in the current climate it can also be very frustrating. You need to have an experienced, strong and knowledgeable agent who knows how to write an offer that stands out in the sea of multiple, multiple, multiple offers. I am that agent. Listing homes is where my expertise lies. I know how to market your home to get you the most money with as little hassle as possible. I can advise on which offer to accept and I can ensure that the transaction goes through without any snags. Real Estate is tough. I have built a successful real estate career over many years and have stayed the course. I love what I do every day. It is something I am built for.
