When we were putting in up on the market she gave us suggestions on some minor improvements we could make in order to give the house a little more appeal and she was absolutely right. Every showing we had people were commenting on how well the house looked, She also was able to get. Showings scheduled right away, She always kept us informed on what was going on and when it came down to negotiation she new our bottom line and made sure we got it.
