We had a tough deal and hit many road blocks but Kathy kept up and kept working to make sure our deal with the sellers never fell through! She maintained contact with sellers agent and was able to make them understand that the house we were selling needed some time and kept them from running from the deal. I walked into my forever home and immediately fell in love. By that evening she had contacted the builder and I had a contract. Kathy then visited my home in Fort Worth and we put my house on the market. Boom - three days later it sold. The journey from that point forward was a daily interaction. She followed up with me along the way, to make sure I knew exactly what was going on and what to expect. To say it was a great experience is an understatement. I couldn't have gotten through the process without her. Today, after the sale of my home in Fort Worth and my purchase in Granbury, Kathy still keeps in touch to make sure everything is going as planned.
