Kathy was incredible throughout the entire process. She was easy to communicate with, very competent, and fun to work with. She laid out what was needed for a successful listing early on and because of that I think my house went under contract as fast as it did. The few hiccups that did occur Kathy proactively called me and took care of them prior to them becoming a major issue. She was always in communication with me and always available to talked whenever I had any questions. I would 100% work with Kathy again in the future and would recommend her to any family or friends who are looking to sell or buy a new home.

She always concerned herself with my wants and needs and never did I feel she was concerned with any agenda but mine!
