Kathy was very helpful and professional. She took the time to really understand my needs and helped to find properties appropriate to those needs for me to review. She was very flexible making time to be available when I was free do showings. Once I made a selection she handled the process well and very professionally. In addition, because I was in need of a fast cycle, she was quite proactive keeping things moving and drawing my attention to things I needed to address when time was of the essence. This is the second time I’ve used Kathy’s services and I plan to continue to do so in the future.
