We really enjoyed working with Kathy to purchase our new home. She was responsive, sent us multiple home options, and came to our first showing with a detailed list of comparable homes. She didn’t try to push us to look at anything that wasn’t in the exact area we wanted - she always listened to us. When it came time to make an offer, she helped us through multiple negotiation cycles and even helped us find a contractor to get a quote on a needed fix on the weekend. Her hustle, but ability to listen to clients was great. We’d highly recommend Kathy!
