Kathy led us through a condo purchase and a condo sale. As are many real estate transactions, they were fraught with problems. One problem that almost derailed our purchase was the denial of a mortgage late in the process. The condo association was being sued due a resident being run over and killed by a paving truck. Based on the suit, we were denied. Kathy pulled rabbit out of a hat in that she found replacement funding at the last minute.
