Kathy has gone above & beyond once again! I used Kathy to purchase my house about 11 years ago & now used Kathy to sale it! With all of Kathy's experience & dedication to the buyer/seller, you would be crazy not to use her! 1000% Kathy will have your back! Great Job Once Again!
We got off to a slow start, maybe because of the Holidays. We got lots of low offers, and had to have a cash buyer. So the field was narrowed. Kathy never gave up and came through with a deal.
Kathy pays attention to the customers needs and wants!!! You do not feel forced but rather taken care of, she is amazing!!!!
Kathy was and is professional 👏 and knowledgeable. She is also personal in a professional manner. Iwould and have recommended Kathy to others. She is a great asset. Sincerely June Bradford
I could not have asked for a better person to handle the sale of my moms condo. She was helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and very friend . She was quick to sell it even during a pandemic. She was the best. So glad I picked her.
Kathy is professional, courteous, and hardworking. Her communication skills are above and beyond expectations. She keeps you informed every step of the way guiding you to achieve your desired outcome. I was able to sell two properties is a reasonable time with no headaches or hassle. Thanks Kathy for all of your efforts.
From day 1, Kathy was ready for all the wrinkles involved with a quick sale in the time of Covid. She found quick answers to the issues that came up an got the deal done in one month. Very satisfied.
Kathy Bond is one in a million and I would always recommend her to sell a house for you or look for one to suit your sweetest desires. Kathy Bond has handled both sides of the coin for me several times. When I'm ready in about a year, Kathy Bond will get my call....hey girl, let's get on the computer and find me a Florida house.
Kathy is a true professional, going out of her way to make sure our needs were met. I would choose her a hundred times over and recommend her to anyone looking to find a home.
Our sale was a little complicated as we are "aliens" from Canada! Kathy helped us navigate the bureauocracy....... Thanks!
