Awesome Experience

Buying and selling a home is the most complex and stressful situation I've ever experienced. Kathy originally was our buyers rep when we bought our home in 2019 and then helped us sell that same home and buy a new home. She is excellent with communication and you can count on her to stay on top of every aspect of your purchase/sale. She helped us navigate the things to do to be ready to list, and all the little things you need to do to prepare. She helped us navigate the complicated home inspection process both as a buyer and as a seller. She helped us understand the process and made the whole process simple and stress free for us.
