We recently decided to move to Chattanooga. We were given Kathy's name by someone who had used her recently to buy a new home. They only had positive things to say about Kathy. Since we were new to Chattanooga, we wanted to rent until we found out more about the city. We contacted Kathy and she assisted us in finding a rental (even though there was no payment to her for this service). Then, we discussed with Kathy what we wanted in a permanent home. She set us up to receive emails about houses that matched our criteria as they came on the market. Kathy knew we were not looking to buy a home quickly, yet she stayed in touch with us. She was never pushy, always laid back and patient. Much to our surprise, our dream home came on the market very quickly. The demand for this house from potential buyers was extreme. Kathy was able to get us the second showing for the house and write an offer for us very quickly. Kathy negotiated every step of our offer and repairs we asked the seller for. Kathy provided us with multiple contacts for plumbers, home inspection, termite inspectors, etc. She insured we met all of the time frames in the contract and helped us every step of the way. About two weeks ago, we moved into our new home. Thank you Kathy for all of your hard work! We couldn't be any happier!

Our house sold in one month in a pretty high price range where there are not as many buyers. We always felt that Kathy was doing everything in her power to get our home in front of as many people as possible, even with some out of town marketing.
