My wife and I worked very hard and saved to buy our first home. While doing research on the homebuying process there were hundreds of horror stories with nightmarish examples of ineptitude and General bad business practices. We came into the experience with No real expectations of how it “should go”. Kathy’s professionalism and friendly approach was a pleasant surprise. Despite shortcomings from our chosen mortgage provider Our experience was nothing short of amazing. Kathy was always available and willing to share her vast knowledge and experience. There was never a “dumb question” that she didn’t have the answer for or didn’t go out of her way to get the answer for. In closing, this should be the industry standard of what a homebuying experience with a realtor should be.
