Kathy Bartlett

I was fortunate to meet Kathy Bartlett a few years ago as my landlord. When I made the decision to buy my own place she was understanding and extremely helpful in helping find and view properties. We were in the middle of the 2020 COVID pandemic and viewing homes was a major chore but she worked hard to have all of our appointments set up in a timely and convenient way and made the experience seem completely normal despite the hurdles! When it came to explanation of the buying process, vetting lenders, assessing properties and scheduling inspection and all the necessities she was simply FANTASTIC! I would highly recommend her as a broker to any of my friends and family. She's funny, delightful to work with and was extremely patient with me as a complete "newbie" to the process. Thanks Kathy!
