Professional, Knowledgeable, Excellent Communication and Follow Through

This is the second real estate transaction we've completed with Kathy. On this transaction, Kathy had to pull out all of her professionalism, diplomacy, communication, and follow through skills to ensure the right outcome for us (her clients). She had the forethought and knowledge to prepare a backup offer; though rare to use, was a necessity. Her communication with us through the process was timely and straight forward.
