Where do I begin.....my husband and I met Katie about a year and a half ago when she was selling another family members property and we started speaking with her about our future plans on purchasing a home. We disclosed that we were not yet ready but had questions about what to start planning for and thinking about for our future home purchase which was still over a year away. The whole process can be overwhelming but Katie was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at, how to calculate and keep us in the price point that we wanted to be in and was always available to respond back to me in a timely manner. The house we ended up purchasing I found on zillow at 11:00 at night and she always said, "text me anytime" so with the way the market was I knew I had to jump on this house or it would be gone. So at 11 pm at night I sent it to her and she responded right away and without hesitation said we need to move on this and immediately set up our viewing the next day at noon. She helped step by step with the rest of the process and even calmed me down when I felt overwhelmed at times. I would 100% recommend Katie and will absolutely reach out to her for any future real estate needs!!!!!!

She is the best! She provides the best customer services working on your behalf at all times. She sold my house and I trusted her with my family to find them their home as first time home buyers.
