Kathryn is lovely to work with. She is patient, yet honest, gives her opinion when you seek it, and works hard to find you a home that works for you and fits your needs as you have expressed them. She has a great sense of humor and we now consider her a good friend after all the time she spent with us driving around the Triangle!

I have sold several properties prior to this and no realtor I have had in the past measures up to Kathryn (and I've had some good realtors). She is a lovely person and so easy to talk with. She gave us excellent advice about what to do to get our house ready to put on the market (and the house sold quickly). It was always easy to get in touch with her. She made this experience as good as it could be. I recommend her highly!
Kathryn is a very knowledgeable and creative person who continually reassesses the housing market to provide the best available data to the seller. She is also very sensitive to the seller's concerns. We had had our home on the market for almost a year and it hadn't sold despite lowering the price. She helped us to see that while our house could support our current price the market did not support that price. It matters not how nice or well kept your home is if the buyers are not interested in your home. She paid close attention to what buyers were saying; got estimates for possible renovations that buyers said they wanted and looked into creative financing for buyers who couldn't afford the house and renovations too. I think she knew about what price we could expect for our home but it was much lower than we were prepared to go and so she worked tirelessly to find ways to interest buyers without lowering the price immediately. She had numerous open houses, gathered all our information on our homes special features, and there were many, and had that available to buyers viewing our home. She suggested some small cosmetic changes to our home to update it and did a small amount of staging since our home was empty. When it came time to do the repairs the inspector found, there were not many but she helped us through this process which we appreciated. Kathryn sold our home in about 2 1/2 months. I highly recommend Kathryn to buy or sell your home.
Have worked with half a dozen realtors over the last 20 years and all have them have been very good. However, Katherine goes the extra mile head and shoulders above them all. For example, she came out on a Saturday to "shock my well" as preparation for placing the house on the market.
