I did as she told me what needed to be done to get the house sold. That’s exactly what I wanted.
It wasn’t something I had done before, but Kathe told me how to get the house sold. What needed replacing, what needed fixing etc. She walked me through the process. Her assistance was invaluable. Very involved and knowledgeable agent
