My husband and I were referred to Kathryn for a relocation home purchase. Boy were we blown away! Kathryn's knowledge of Johnson County and even Missouri was amazing. She is wonderful to work with; kind, thoughtful, and extremely responsive. She knows the markets in the area well. We have worked with 5 realtors in the past. Kathryn blows them all away. I appreciated her professionalism and calm demeanor is what can be a stressful time. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone! She is a gem!!
