It's never easy buying a home, but it's even more difficult when you're out of the state. Kathryn was very attentive and accommodating; she toured many properties we found online and provided us with live virtual tours. I never felt pressured, she is in it to build long-term relationships and always had our best interest in mind. Thanks to her we are now have our first Air BNB and plan to buy anoter next year. One guess who we are using as our agent!!
