Kathryn Supko was a pleasure to work with, she handled the entire process for us by phone, we were listing my deceased brothers house in New Jersey, and we live out of state. Kathryn's name came to me in an unusual way. My first meeting with her was long before I was ready to list. My home had been a storage locker for moved-out-grown children, ex-husband and deceased ex mother-in-law's belongings and trash. Living alone, I had also recently had two surgeries and undergone a year of chemotherapy and radiation and was back to working full time. I was embarrassed to have anyone come but I finally made the call. Kathryn was the best I could ever have prayed for. She was warm, kind, compassionate, nonjudgmental, down to earth, forth coming, and professional. She offered staging ideas and offered free staging, if needed. I never once felt rushed. However, as a good agent should, she kept me abreast on how the housing market was going which was helpful for my motivation. Shortly after accepting an offer, I relocated to another state. Kathryn became my eyes and ears in the field and my boots on the ground. She is meticulous and maintains a superior education on the market and townships’ codes and priced my home well. She guided me through every step of varying issues, shuttling much paperwork to/from township and contractors. She is patient, kind and understanding while collaborating with me through varying issues. She maintains a database of trusted contractors, with whom she has worked. My only job was to interview and select. She never pushed me toward any one contractor. She had also connected me with a phenomenal handy man for work not requiring permits. Without exception, everyone I selected was also top notch, on time and did what they said they would. After my relocation, she personally met each contractor and subsequent inspector. My sale was not without its bumps but her mindfulness and determination, made it as easy as possible for me. I am so incredibly grateful for her diligence, professionalism, and support. She is a shining example of what a realtor should be, and this is what makes her the BEST in her field!

Kathryn was awesome in the sale of my home. There were issues with a lack of permits for my basement and she worked with me to find contractor to help do the work, was there at the house to let them in, went to the township to submit paper work. Just did everything and much more to help me through a difficult time. She helped with effective negotiations and was a pleasure to work with. She helped me price it right and when I needed to change course due to the permit issue she put an effective plan in place and we jointly executed it. It was a tough sale due to the permit issue but she helped me all along the way. She cares about her clients and makes sure she does everything she can and more to sell your home for the right price. She helped with staging the house and even brought in furniture to set it up appropriately. I have worked with her on the purchase of two homes and the sale of 2 homes.
