A very diligent agent
My home came on the market shortly after a significant drop in California’s price averages. Kathryn did her best and kept me informed of everything going on as I had to move out of state. My only complaint is that some of the details about closing utilities were not clear to me and ended up costing me several hundred dollars, but Kathleen kept on dealing with the potential buyers and their agents, and kept me informed of options. Cathy is my friend as well as my agent, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She is sincere and a dedicated, professional realtor.
