She is very personable and easy to work with. Will set aside time and travel to meet your accommodations. Easy closing without being there in person. I consider her a friend after doing business with her. She is a polk county native that knows the area.

I met Katie on one of our house viewing sessions. I immediately liked her easy conversation non pushy approach. She ultimately was very easy to reach with any questions and always got back to me with answers in a very timely fashion. She was extremely efficient and guided us through a difficult process. she has called several times since sale to ask if we needed any help with the move and was still happy with our purchase.
