We really enjoyed working with Kat as we went through an extremely stressful situation of selling a house. She kept us on track and kept us focussed on the goal - the SALE. Her integrity,positive attitude and outgoing personality make her an outstanding realtor. Kathryn taught us the value of a good realtor in so many ways. She knows people are different and can adjust to what you need. She is doing what she loves and it shows. It gives the whole process a good energy. Working with Kathryn is such a positive experience it has significantly changed our opinion of using a realtor. Kathryn insisted in representing us and not a buyer too. This gave her the ability to really look out for us. We needed that. In the end it saved us several thousand dollars. From past experiences I thought list high, buyers want a discount. Kathryn countered list low, attract more buyers and they will bid it up. I didn't think that was true for Houston. SHE WAS RIGHT. The first day during open house 4 buyers offered more than the list price. That is a real good feeling. It helped that she really did an excellent job decorating the home in simple ways. Don't pass up a chance to use her as your realtor.
