The absolute best realtor to have work for you! She is a wonderful person and knows her stuff. She found us the perfect home when moving from out of state. We looked at several hundred house it seemed like and sometimes in the neighborhood we have already visited, but Kathryn stay right there with us through it all and made sure we knew the house was meant to be ours. Kat made the process a lot easier when dealing with getting our loan officer to stay on task and get all the paperwork finalized! Thank you Kathryn McDonnell for finishing us the perfect home before our son arrived.
