I could not be happier with my experience working with Kathryn when purchasing my new home. She is very knowledgeable, always quick to respond to calls and emails, and worked nonstop with my lender to push our deal through. Although we has 60 days to close, she was able to meet my goal of closing in 30 days using a non-conventional loan (203k FHA rehab loan). All in all, I give her 5 starts and would recommend her to anyone purchasing a home in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area!
