Very Helpful For First Time Buyers
Kat made the daunting journey of a first time home purchase very easy for me. As a first time buyer, she was able to patiently and clearly explain the process to me at each step, and connect me to the appropriate individuals needed throughout the process. I appreciated not only her recommendations for when homes were a good purchase, but also her honesty when they were not. Highly recommend to anyone.
