Kathryn was outstanding from start to finish and then some! She knows the area, she responded immediately about 90% and quickly the other 10% of the time. At one point of the negotiations she actually got me more than I was asking for! She was new to this office but used her resources and found the right answer/solution when she wasn't sure of something. After the sale the house needed a quick repair that I decided to do myself since I couldn't get a contractor up there before I left and being from Miami I didn't foresee having to move a snowbank from the front of the house. Kathryn just happened to call while I was assessing the situation, I mentioned my problem and within 30 minutes she showed up with two shovels! I tried to stop her but she literally dug in and shoveled with me. Above and beyond the call of duty for sure!
