I'm only sorry there are only 5 stars to pick. Katie answered questions, had suggestions when asked. If she didn't have an answer to questions (such as whom to use for area rug cleaning) she finds out. She stays on top of all the dates and requirements needed. She is a great asset for your home buying or selling needs, she did both for me.
