Kathryn sold my previous home about a year ago and was great at marketing. She held several open houses that drew some interest. She also creatively wrote a summary of the house and had it highlighted in a housing magazine for this area. When it came to buying a house, we had some challenges finding what I was looking for. When I finally found THE house, she creatively negotiated and maneuvered through that process to get me the best deal possible. Not only is she good at what she does, she is also friendly and kind. She got to know me and what I wanted so we did not waste time looking at property that was not going to work. I would highly recommend her as an "outstanding" realtor!
