Kathryn went above and beyond. She explained stuff I didn't understand, helped me when I just didn't want to plow through documents to find an answer, had a good bead on what the buyers would go for, and was just overall great to work with. If my tenants don't buy my place in Westfir next year I will use Kathryn in Spring 2017 to sell my 3 bedroom, 3 bath, plus bonus room, deck, river and covered bridge view place in Westfoir (just sayin').
