Kathryn was very helpful as my realtor for my spec home in southbend. She advertised my home well, was very knowledgeable when meeting with potential clients, and she sold my home well before it was complete. Also, any problems we had along the way Kathryn made sure to quickly mitigate while keeping me out of them. Kathryn was fabulous to work with.

Kathryn was so helpful with the sale of our house. She was great with helping us get the house ready, with staging, and with holding our hands! She knew the market and had great insight- the whole process went very smoothly!

Kathryn sold my house within a few days. She worked with me and helped me get the house prepared to put on the market. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I could not have had a better sales agent. She also worked very hard finding another property for me to buy. She made sure that it was in very good condition before the closing which made for a very pleasant closing. I would highly recommend Kathryn for purchasing or selling.
