It became complicated because of issues related to the survey of the land (nothing Kathy had any control over), but she was in communication with me every day with updates, and often multiple times each day. Kathy helped me work with the lender to make sure they had what they needed, and provided me with recommendations and resources in the local area for everything I needed to make the transition. Kathy was nothing short of amazing during the entire process. She is kind, personable, extremely knowledgeable, excellent at managing people and complex situations, and most of all, I felt like she cared about me as a person as if I was part of her own family. I don’t care if it’s New York, LA, Chicago, or anywhere else, I can’t imagine there is any realtor anywhere better than Kathy. She found and helped me buy my dream house, but I also know I have made a life-long friend.

Kathy notified us of potential sale of a lot we had expressed interest in many months ago to the owner. She worked quickly to get an agreed price in place and worked to get a large number of parties that had to sign off on the sale. Most importantly she kept us informed of the progress along the way providing updates when anything happened. Real pleasure to work with her and feel that we have made a new friend in the area.
